Meet Beth Romer

Meet Beth Romer, the proud Owner and Founder of L&L Collective.

Hi Beth, thanks for taking the time to share some insights with us. Can you tell our audience a bit about you and your work?

I am Beth Romer, the proud Owner and Founder of L&L Collective. Our marketing agency is dedicated to providing businesses of all sizes with flexible, creative, and innovative marketing solutions.

As a born dreamer and creative individual, I find solace on my family's farm, where I live with my husband and three young boys. The joy of connecting with people and cultivating new relationships is what truly drives me. Most importantly, I wholeheartedly believe that success is abundant and accessible to all.

What’s something you recommend we read?

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, by Deepak Chopra is a transformative book that I believe everyone should read. It serves as a powerful guide to conquering fear and embracing love and endless possibilities in your life.

This book imparts invaluable lessons on self-belief and unlocking your true potential. No matter who you are, the lessons found within these pages have the capacity to positively impact your journey and empower you to create a life of fulfillment and joy.

What’s something you recommend we try, and why?

I strongly believe that it's important for everyone to infuse more personal touch into their gift-giving and expressions of gratitude.

As a business owner, I  passionately recognize the significance of personalizing our gestures of appreciation. It fosters loyalty and excitement among our employees, current clients, and future clients alike.

Through thoughtful acts like handwritten notes, surprise steak dinners delivered to their doorsteps, or acknowledging and supporting them during challenging times, we can make a profound impact. It's essential to acknowledge that none of us can achieve our goals without the invaluable contributions of those around us. By demonstrating our love and gratitude in tangible ways, we create an environment where magic happens.

I encourage you to give it a try and experience firsthand the wonders that arise from showing up for others in a loving and grateful manner.

Tell us about something that you’ve done lately that you never thought you’d be able to do.

I used to think that one day I would magically overcome imposter syndrome as I became more successful. However, I've realized that everyone experiences this at times; it's all about overcoming the self-doubt you may feel and changing the narrative in your head. For instance, I used to sit at a table with very influential women and wonder, 'Why am I here?' Now, I see it differently. I recognize not only how fortunate I am to be there but also that it makes sense for me to be there. I am consciously choosing to show up every day as the person I am meant to be. And I am really proud of that.
